| Start NPC: Barwen Quest stages: Kill Zephyr Elementals and Breeze Elementals. Use the Earth Elemental Stone to remove the Zephyr Elemental's defenses.
End NPC: Barwen Quest text: Barwen: According to these documents, the Dahuta Cultists have somehow gained control of the Wind Elementals in Lilyut Hills. That would explain the recent elemental attacks on Windshade... Barwen: The local militia hasn't been able to touch the creatures, because the Zephyr Elementals are generating such high winds that combat is impossible. Barwen: If you want to help, take this Earth Elemental Stone. Use it on the Zephyr Elementals to lower their defenses, and then destroy them and the Breeze Elementals. Barwen: The winds seem to have died down, for now. But I'm worried... how were the Cultists controlling so many elementals at once? |
