End NPC: Mechanical Engineer Voulge Quest text: Cloudgrain Warrior Jehound: There is a Harani engineer named Voulge camped to the south. She has always respected our laws, so I doubt she is responsible. But she may have some insight regarding this device. Go see what she knows. Cloudgrain Warrior Jehound: Just before the undead started to appear, I was told of a strange mechanical device that appeared in the Eye of Night. Cloudgrain Warrior Jehound: I'm no Great Shaman. I know nothing of necromancy, or the will of the gods. But if that machine is responsible for bringing Tarkesh back, I want to know who built it. Mechanical Engineer Voulge: Hmm?
