End NPC: Lieutenant Desmond Quest text: Lieutenant Desmond: We've lost many of our brothers and sisters in the war against the undead. You've been out there; you know what it's like. The mists of White Arden aren't safe for the living. Lieutenant Desmond: But the worst fate that can befall an Arden Guard is to be raised as one of those abominations after you die. That's why we try our best to retrieve our fallen comrades, and commend their bones to Nui. Lieutenant Desmond: If you should happen across any Arden Guard's Remains while you're in the woods, bring them to me. A few coins is a small price to pay if it means not having to see my friends come back as those... things. Lieutenant Desmond: Thank you, friend. May the Goddess guide your way. |
