End NPC: Flora Quest text: Fisherman Tugger: Looks like a will of some sort. Was the old man expecting something to happen to him? ...Says here you're to read the attached letter to Flora in the Castigant Ruins, and give her the ring. But wait... this is Malcolm's ring! Malcolm's ring? Then where is the Ring of Nui? Fisherman Tugger: I don't know anything about a Ring of Nui, stranger. But if Malcolm's ring is in this box, then he probably swapped it for whatever ring was there originally. Maybe this Flora person will help you, if you read her Sloane's letter. "Flora, if someone else is reading this, it means you have declined my offer and I am no longer in this world.
