End NPC: 0 Quest text: Uhlant: I have been investigating the strange case of Doctor Ynga for some time now. And as shocking as it may seem, I believe he may have been building a machine to travel through time! Uhlant: Many of our holy scriptures speak of Shatigon's ability to transcend time. I suspect that Doctor Ynga was working on an invention to replicate that power, and using that telescope you found as a focus. A telescope? Why would that help? Uhlant: If I'm right, that is no ordinary artifact. Here, take this Inscribed Cogwheel and hold it close to the telescope. Then we'll see if my theory is correct. The telescope and the cogwheel are glowing! What's happening? Baron Masred: I knew it! You haven't lost your memory, you're just holding out on us! Those lights mean... um...
