| Start NPC: Yoko Quest stages: Use the Empty Bottle at Jadegale Pond to collect water.
End NPC: Eruwen Quest text: Yoko: These fools! Everyone's so worried about the poisonous bugs, or the mutated plants, but nobody's looking for the causes. They don't realize the Tehmika are at fault for all of it! Yoko: The Tehmika polluted our main water source, Jadegale Pond, though they keep pretending it wasn't them. It's right next to their village! Yoko: Here, fill this Empty Bottle at Jadegale Pond. Yoko: Then take it to the Tehmika Village and show them. They won't be able to lie with the proof right in their faces. Yoko: Go, quickly! I won't have anything to do with those dirty cats. Argh, just the thought of them! Eruwen: This water... it smells foul, there's no question it's been tainted. Eruwen: But, this is no proof that our village is the source. Eruwen: Don't be fooled by the Harani. We have no intention nor means of doing such a thing. Eruwen: It's foolish to go around saying we pollute the land and spread disease. Why would we cause it, when we're the ones building farms on these lands? Eruwen: Don't ask me, I don't know why they do it, either. I suspect it's because they see we don't succumb to their sicknesses or lose crops to the tainted fields. Eruwen: We can treat the diseases, and purify the land--but the Harani refuse to accept our help, saying they can't trust us. We won't force them to, either. |
