| Start NPC: Fisherman Santiago Quest stages: Collect Chum Buckets. You can craft them out of Bait Worms and Ground Grain using a set of Cooking Tools. They can also be crafted at the Chum Buckets on Fishing Boats.
End NPC: Fisherman Santiago Quest text: Fisherman Santiago: You've shown a lot of skill and determination catching these fish. I think you're finally ready to move on to the next level. Fisherman Santiago: The biggest fish won't respond to little ol' worms. You need to draw them in with more substantial bait. Fisherman Santiago: If you combine a whole mess'a worms with some Ground Grain, you can make a Chum Bucket! Fisherman Santiago: It's a little more expensive, sure. But the chance of landing a real monster makes it all worth it. Fisherman Santiago: You can whip up a decent Chum Bucket on land using any set of Cooking Tools, or if you're out at sea you can use the Chum Bucket on a friendly Fishing Boat. Give it a try, and get back to me! Fisherman Santiago: Phew! Potent odor, isn't it? This bait is just what the big'uns are after, though. It should bring in some nice sport fish.
