End NPC: Regrade Smith Quest text: Honor Point Collector: Have you heard the rumors? A pair of pirate smiths recently left Growlgate Isle and came to sell their talents on the mainland! Honor Point Collector: The young lad went to Marianople, and the young girl went to Austera. They say they've learned valuable secrets from the mysterious pirate blacksmiths, which no mainland smith has ever mastered. Honor Point Collector: They claim they can even improve the magic that already exists in your weapons and armor! It seems unbelievable. But if you're ever in Growlgate, Marianople, or Austera, you should speak to one and see what they can do. Looking for a pirate smith? Well, I'd never claim to be as skilled as Kamlen himself... but I've picked up a few tricks you might find handy. The secret lies in a process called Regrading. Learn how to do that, and you'll be able to craft weapons and armor unlike anything you've ever seen! |
