Quest stages:
Collect Halnaak's Spellbook from Abyssal Halnaak in the Frozen Study of the Abyssal Library.Talk to Belstrom on the hill northwest of the Ayanad Ruins in Diamond Shores.

Quest text:
Belstrom: Halnaak is a very powerful mage that controls a wide range of terrifying traps, disguised to ensnare unwary trespassers in the library.
Belstrom: He himself remains trapped in a magical stasis in his Frozen Study.
Belstrom: This is also where he keeps his most precious spellbook, containing all manner of devious enchantments. Even some of the elder mages feared the traps he wove.
Belstrom: If Slevin has been captured, it must have been one of Halnaak's spells that did it. I need you to find and defeat him, and recover Halnaak's Spellbook. It may hold the secret to freeing my old friend.
Belstrom: Excellent work. I was worried Halnaak might end up trapping you, as well. I'm glad you emerged victorious.
