End NPC: 0 Quest text: Lewia: Bankra reported a cloaked man and not too long ago, I received a report from the Illusion Cave in the Amaitan Highlands. They were speaking of a cloaked stranger as well. I wonder if they are connected? Lewia: Apparently since he appeared, the seal on the Illusion Cave started to behave different.
