Start NPC: Seamist Researcher
Quest stages:
Locate and investigate the Energy Meters, installed around the Whirlpool Island.
The first meter can be found northwest of the Whirlpool Island, the second meter south of the Whirlpool Island and the third meter east of the Whirlpool Island.

Locate the first Energy Meter (northwest) (1)

Locate and investigate the Energy Meters, installed around the Whirlpool Island.
The first meter can be found northwest of the Whirlpool Island, the second meter south of the Whirlpool Island and the third meter east of the Whirlpool Island.

Collect Meter Recordings (3)

Return to the Seamist Researcher and inform him about the recently recorded measurements of the Energy Meters.

Quest text:
Seamist Researcher: Calleil and the Akasch worshippers are trying to damage the sealstone and you need to know if it's still intact? No harm in checking, I suppose, but the sealstone is very hard to reach, so we rely on technology for that.
Seamist Researcher: Some Dwarven genius designed these meter thingies, that record the energy surrounding the sealstone, or something. They're a real pain to reach though, so if you want to know what they recorded, you will have to gather the info yourself.
Seamist Researcher: One of the meters you'll find northwest of the Whirlpool Island... way out, like the furthest away island. Another is almost down by Freedich Island and the last one is east of the Whirlpool Island.
Seamist Researcher: Welcome back! You collected the Meter Recordings from all the meter thingies. What did I tell you? They're a real pain to get to, am I right or am I right?
Seamist Researcher: Anyways, let's have a look... hmmm... oh no... OH NO... those measurements are not normal, Player. What is going on?!
Seamist Researcher: I'm usually so busy checking out the Temple Pries... Goddess Statue... you know because it gets damaged all the time during the Abyssal Attack and all... I kind of never considered the sealstone might need some attention too.
Seamist Researcher: It was always just there and working, and the measurements were always normal, even after those Abyssal Attacks. I didn't expect anything to really ever happen to it.
