Hello, would it be possible to date or specify which patch changes or new things came to items, spells, quests to have a better understanding in the future. This would be very convenient as most of the old news sources have now been brought down and the whole private server community is dependant mostly on codex anymore.

It doesnt need to be super specific but for example understanding when key things were added it would be very beneficial for the communities left.

You can already see this info for Items and Quests. Check the "Added in Patch" submenus in those sections.
The game is sadly almost dead and very few people are coming to the site these days, which makes further improvements of it kind useless.

Death of the game is why im asking since private side is the only hope left.

For example https://archeagecodex.com/us/skill/50987/ is very awaited skill for rage servers right now, but no one remembers exactly which patch it came in

I can't do it backwards. For the future updates it's possible, but not for the previous ones.

Not possible to include the date when they were added to the database or codex even? Even that would give a good idea of their patch

No. They're not marked with dates in anyway. So unless I track it down manually with each update, like I do with items, there is no way to say, when something was added to the game.
