End NPC: Crown Prince Isan Quest text: Crown Prince Isan: Father! Father! I've returned! King Jian: Isan? My son! Is it really you? Crown Prince Isan: Yes, Father. See for yourself. King Jian: But... you've been missing for almost a year! And now you turn up in a puff of smoke? You're the crown prince of East Ishvara! What were you thinking? Do you know how worried we all were? Crown Prince Isan: Father, I swear to you this was no fault of mine. Let me explain... Crown Prince Isan: Lord Asaji invited me to dinner one evening to discuss my future as the prince. But little did I know, he had laced the tea with some strange foreign poison! Crown Prince Isan: I was changed into a frog on the spot. Asaji ordered one of his henchmen to throw me in a sack and take me far from the kingdom. Crown Prince Isan: I spent many months as a frog, hiding from wild animals and trying to survive. Soon my old life seemed like a distant, happy dream. In truth, for a time I nearly lost my mind. Crown Prince Isan: But then this kind adventurer found me, and kept me safe from harm! I slowly recovered my ability to speak, and began to remember the life I had lost. Crown Prince Isan: But when I saw you in person, everything came crashing back to me in a rush. I remembered who I was, and the curse was broken! King Jian: Lord Asaji did this? My poor boy... how could I be so blind? King Jian: He has clearly lost all sense of right and wrong. The kingdom isn't safe in his hands. We must return to the capital and deal with him at once! Crown Prince Isan: I agree, father. But we must be cautious. Who knows how powerful Asaji has grown during your long retreat from court. King Jian: You're right. We will need to plan our next moves carefully. But with you at my side, I am not afraid. Together we will return to Veroe, and drive that coward from the tower! Crown Prince Isan: As for you, Player, I cannot thank you enough for keeping me safe. You may not have known who I was, but I am still in your debt for protecting me during my weakened state. King Jian: Indeed!
