| To start this quest get the : Call of the Abyssal Library. Quest stages: Talk to Belstrom on the hill northwest of the Ayanad Ruins in Diamond Shores.
End NPC: Belstrom Quest text: Lemian: According to The Form and Application of Advanced Tri-Dimensional Magic, the orb has something to do with the Ayanad Council--which I already suspected. Lemian: What I didn't know was that the council watched and recorded the movement of every mage who ever visited the library, making sure the collections were safe. Lemian: The orb seems to be involved in that monitoring process, but I can't figure out exactly how. Lemian: If anyone knows more about the orb, it'll be Belstrom, the leader of the Ayanad Disciples. Lemian: Belstrom was the only survivor after Kyrios's attack on the library. He still feels an attachment to the ruins, and lives on the hill overlooking them from the North. Belstrom: Welcome, adventurer. I've been watching your approach for quite some time. You have an incredibly bright aura. It reminds me of Aranzeb's... and Gene's... Kyprosa... Tahyang... all of the Library Expedition. Belstrom: It's been a long time and many hardships since I met someone with such heroic potential. Belstrom: So what brings you to me? |
