| Start NPC: Oshad Quest stages: Help Oshad construct his house outside Hearthome. When you get close to the house, press F to help construct it. Doing so costs 1 Labor and uses a bundle of materials.
End NPC: Oshad Quest text: Oshad: Hello there! Interested in making a little coin? We Firran are rarely involved in big construction projects, so I've been asking passing travelers to help me build my home in exchange for a fair day's wage. Oshad: So how about it? You want to help me build my house? Oshad: Here, take this Lumber Pack. It's pretty heavy, so you'll move a little slower carrying it to the house. But once you're there, the actual work won't take long at all. Oshad: Back already? See, that wasn't so bad was it? Building a whole house takes time, but if everyone helps out it's a breeze. Oshad: Remember, you need to be able to afford the taxes if you want to keep your house. But if you ever want to build your own, just visit Mirage Isle and purchase a Design to get started.
