End NPC: Serf Militiaman Phillipe Quest text: Serf Refuge Delegate Kulus: With our guards and the canyon's natural defences, the Serf Refuge can put up quite a fight. But unfortunately, those mercenaries aren't our only problem. Serf Refuge Delegate Kulus: A few days ago, a Halcyona Pirate ship sank in our little bay. Now there's nothing unusual abut that--this area's treacherous waters are part of what keeps us safe--but this particular ship was carrying a statue of Dahuta. Serf Refuge Delegate Kulus: The Dahuta Statue must still hold some power, because the bay filled with angry Seafolk almost overnight. And now, with no safe trade route for our smugglers, our village is struggling to get by. Serf Refuge Delegate Kulus: You're an adventurer, right? You've faced all sorts of dangerous creatures! Please, will you dive down and recover the Dahuta Statue? If we don't have access to the sea, we'll starve! Serf Militiaman Phillipe: You found the statue? Excellent. Soon the Seafolk will leave, and our waters will be safe for trade once more. |
