Quest text:
Retired Soldier: Oh very well, I'll tell you where to find Atalantia. But first, do a wounded woman a favor? Take this statue and repair it on that anvil. No one in town has the skill to fix it, and it's rather special to me.
Retired Soldier: A Runebearer. I knew it.
Retired Soldier: Get out of my house, Runebearer. I don't teach your kind anymore. Now leave, before I call the guards!
