| Start NPC: Watchman Kardoa Quest stages: Find the Wharf Council Pact in the guarded house in the Burnt Castle Courtyard.
End NPC: Watchman Kardoa Quest text: Watchman Kardoa: I didn't believe it at first, but I've heard too many Bloodhands talking about it to deny it any longer. The Council back in Seachild Wharf is working with them somehow. Watchman Kardoa: The good news is the Bloodhands made the Council sign a pact as insurance. If we can get that document, we can expose their dirty little secret and throw the whole council in prison. Watchman Kardoa: The bad news is I found where they're keeping the document... and it's guarded by enormous Fire Elementals. Watchman Kardoa: I lifted a key to the house, but you'll need to kill the Fire Elementals if you want to get through the door. Just think: if you can get your hands on that Wharf Council Pact, we could free an entire town from the Bloodhands' control! Watchman Kardoa: So... a treaty of non-aggression. Seems like the Bloodhands have already broken their end of the bargain, don't you think? I wonder how the council will react when the whole town learns they've been making deals with thieves and murderers. |
