Located between Freedich and Auroria. If you head North of Freedich, be sure to keep an eye out!
he can spawn literally anywhere north of Freedich and south of Auroria, usually he's near the nui south of Nuimari but has been found pretty far away from it as well.
I've only seen him between Freedich and Nuimari :/
update: with the 1.7 patch installed the location shown here is correct.
Thanks for reminding me. I'll update NPC coordinates today.
