Quest text:
Officer Michaelson: I was at the docks on the day the Navy brought in the bodies of Morpheus' victims and I couldn't help but notice that these unusual wounds had a lot of the characteristics, cannon balls leave behind.
Officer Michaelson: I tried my best to recreate one of Morpheus' notorious ship cannons to try and replicate what I think happened, on a larger scale. If you'd like to inspect the cannon for starters, I invite you to take a look at it outside.Nothing happened... guess this cannon doesn't really work.
Officer Michaelson: You tried to fire the cannon?! When I said "take a look", I didn't mean for you to go and blow up our institute with it.
