Vice-Captain Armas: Based on the report from Hiram Mountains, the rumors found by the Blue Salt Brotherhood seem relevant. Since the intel we can get here is limited, we need to look for more information elsewhere. Vice-Captain Armas: The Wandering Merchant would know a lot about rumors. Go to the Crimson Watch Supply Depot in the Whalesong Harbor and look for Battle Leader Tymerton. Vice-Captain Armas: I heard that they've started asking the Wandering Merchant for supplies because of the Weakened Tower in Whalesong Harbor. Battle Leader Tymerton should be able to introduce you to the Wandering Merchant. Battle Leader Tymerton: You want to check something with the Wandering Merchant at the Defense Base?
