End NPC: Antiquary Society Scholar Velchias Quest text: Antiquary Society Associate Aison: We came here to study the ruins of the Warscorched Scar. But when the Direwolves attacked, everyone scattered. Antiquary Society Associate Aison: My partner, Antiquary Society Scholar Velchias, was supposed to be studying the Demon War Cemetery when we were attacked. I fear he's been cut off from our camp by the Direwolf pack, and may be injured. Antiquary Society Associate Aison: Could you take him this potion, and make sure he's alright? We're all very worried about him. Antiquary Society Scholar Velchias: Thank you for finding us, adventurer. But Direwolves are the least of our problems now. Antiquary Society Scholar Velchias: This is the Demon War Cemetery, created by the citizens of Ezna after the horrific events one hundred years ago. Antiquary Society Scholar Velchias: The Demon Queen, Orchidna, used her dark power to summon an army of ferocious Warborn. Led by her demonic generals, they nearly wiped Two Crowns off the map. This place still bears the scars of that conflict. Antiquary Society Scholar Velchias: Our people defeated them... but barely. And afterward, we built this cemetery and erected a great monument to all those who died defending this land. We rebuilt, and tried to put the past behind us. Until now. Antiquary Society Scholar Velchias: I don't know how, but the bodies in this cemetery are returning as sickening undead! Already, the mist is full of them. Someone is raising an army, and you can bet they have one goal in mind: Ezna. |
