| Start NPC: Pirate Blacksmith Kamlen Quest stages: Collect the Delphinad Crystal, 15 Abyssal Soot, 125 Emeralds, 125 Topazes, and 40 Amethysts. More Abyssal Soot can be obtained from [Arcane] dungeons.
End NPC: Pirate Blacksmith Kamlen Quest text: Pirate Blacksmith Kamlen: Found another piece of the Dream Ring, eh? Alright, I can take a hint. I suppose I do still owe you for that favor in Ezna. Pirate Blacksmith Kamlen: But with an artifact like this, I'm sure you already know it's not going to be that simple. Pirate Blacksmith Kamlen: First, you'll need to combine that Delphinad Treasure with your Reforged Dream Ring. That should form a Delphinad Crystal, which will act as the central gemstone for the new ring. Pirate Blacksmith Kamlen: After that, I'll need Emeralds, Topazes, Amethysts, and some Abyssal Soot so I can forge a new band to hold it in place. Pirate Blacksmith Kamlen: The gems are going to be hard enough. But I hear Abyssal Soot is only found in the halls of Serpentis, on Auroria. So good luck, friend. You're going to need it! Pirate Blacksmith Kamlen: You've got the Crystal, and the materials I asked for? Impressive! Pirate Blacksmith Kamlen: Here's your ring, as promised. Wait... the inscription's changed again!
