End NPC: Caretaker Mel Quest text: Proud Eagle: By completing the Ritual of Atonement, you've proven yourself "loyal" as far as the Elders are concerned. That means you can continue your trials to join the Freestorm. Head north to the Communal Ranch and talk to Mel. Caretaker Mel: Oh! You must be new here. Caretaker Mel: There's no need to be so formal with me. I'm no government official. Not anymore, at least. My people treat yours unfairly, and I do my part to change that. Starting with joining the Freestorm. Caretaker Mel: I'm not your better. I'm your equal. We're all just trying to make a living and have a life. |
