Talk to Battle Leader Tymerton at the Crimson Watch Supply Depot in Whalesong Harbor.

Battle Leader Tymerton: There's just one hiccup in our battle preparations: those Cursed Weresharks are attacking our technicians, slowing down our work on the Shadow Cannons.
Battle Leader Tymerton: It's important that those weapons are fully operational when the fight begins. Could you clear out the Cursed Weresharks, and buy us some more time to work on them?

Battle Leader Tymerton: Thanks to you, our technicians have just finished putting the final touches on our Shadow Cannons. With the Malevolent Shadow we've gathered, we'll be more than ready for anything Anthalon tries to throw at us!
