Quest stages:
Craft a Hushed Star using an Alchemy Table.
Ingredients required: 10 Veiled Flame, 8 Medicinal Powder and 20 Lavender.
You can open your Folio(O) and search for the item you want to make to find out the what ingredients it requires.Report to Riabell the Alchemist.

Quest text:
Alchemist Riabell: Alright, enough distractions. It's time to make those potions.
Alchemist Riabell: You should already have the Veiled Flame, Medicinal Powder, and Lavender you need to craft a Hushed Star potion.
Alchemist Riabell: If you misplaced anything, you can buy new ingredients from the alchemy merchant, grow new plants yourself, or buy whatever you're missing at the public auction house.
Alchemist Riabell: When you're ready, use that Alchemy Table next to me to craft Hushed Star. Bring it to me when you're done, and I'll judge its potency.
Alchemist Riabell: Very well done, especially for your first time! You've got a knack for this. Here, take some more ingredients as a reward. If you practice enough, we'll have you trained up as a Blue Salt Alchemist in no time!
