| Start NPC: Crown Prince Quest stages: Travel to the Western Hiram Mountains and talk to the Hiram Guards at the Hiram Cave.
End NPC: Priest Aide Quest text: Crown Prince: When I first met Calleil, he was a skinny, weak boy. But what he lacked in physical strength, he made up with smarts and wit. I quite admired his hunger for knowledge and decided to teach him all I could share about the world. Crown Prince: I taught him many lessons and eventually, he learned about the adventures of the Library Expedition and the Daeier sisters' father. The Wizard of the Amaitan Highlands... what was his name? Raeven, I believe? Crown Prince: Calleil started to become obsessed with Raeven and his alleged arcane powers. He spent all his time researching him and shortly after his studies concluded, he disappeared with my Sacred Relic. Lucarre: I've read about the Wizard of the Amaitan Highlands before, though I always thought he was just part of a mythic tale, much like the stories of the Library Expedition. Lucarre: The story says, after Raeven left his daughter Orchidna at the Fir Castle, he went into the Hiram Mountains, and was sealed into a cave in the Amaitan Highlands. Lucarre: I don't know if the tale is true to begin with, but I agree that we must continue our investigation where you suggested. Ready whenever you are, Player!I know exactly where this cave is! Lucarre, it's the Illusion Cave in the Western Hiram Mountains! Its seal was recently attacked... you don't think Raeven is locked in that cave?! Lucarre: Perhaps our trail picks back up in the Hiram Mountains. But where do we even begin looking for him?I'm on my way to the Illusion Cave... do you know if the seal is still intact? Scout: The Illusion Cave? Hmmm, not sure, but the Priest Aide inside might know more. Priest Aide: Player is your name, huh? You're the person that reported the unusual pattern on the Illusion Cave, right? |
