End NPC: Estio Quest text: Vice-Captain Armas: Good to see you, Player. What a coincidence, I was just thinking about you. Not in a romantic way, no need to worry! Vice-Captain Armas: I don't know if you were close enough to feel it, but there was a large earthquake in the Karakasse Ridgelands a couple of days ago. Vice-Captain Armas: One of our fellow Watchmen has requested help to rebuild what the earthquake has destroyed, but not just that. He's in dire need of assistance in a very concerning investigation as well. Vice-Captain Armas: I believe there is no better person to help him with his investigation in Karkasse than you. Take this letter of recommendation and meet with Estio in Lavis. Estio: Well met, Watchman! Are you part of the reinforcements sent to help us rebuild Karkasse?
