For example

Attack Speed 2.5
1093.4 (2050 - 3416)
4.5 Phase3
Attack Speed 1.2
1093.4 (1299 - 1326)
If the attack speed was 2.5 seconds Phase3 here
1093.4 (2706 - 2762)
After dividing by 1.2 it is multiplied by 2.5
Its value will be the middle point of Phase 2
