Consider me thoroughly impressed by your achievements and if it isn't destiny that brought you to me today, then I don't believe in fate anymore. You see, the Crimson Watch moved into the Eastern Hiram Mountains and started to investigate Ipnya's Blessing. We believe the Ipnya were able to create entire cities with their magical abilities, so there is much for us to learn. Lucky for us, we have some sort of an expert on the topic, who is currently leading the investigation in Aegis Island. You've been to the Torch of Ipnya before, right? If you're interested in learning more and joining our research, go find Scout Gaon there. Player, it's good to see you again!
