It's going to take an outsider, like you, to stand against their treachery. Sailor Loyola: The Calleil high priest, Laktara, has blinded the mayor of Golden Fable with his lies and false promises. Can you go to the mayor's mansion, kill Laktara, and then tell Mayor Farsus Noryette what you've learned about these dangerous cultists? Farsus Noryette: The Calleil Priesthood was lying to me? To all of us?! How dare they! I'll have them run out of Sanddeep if it's the last thing I do! |

What are the quests you have to do before this one the quest isnt opened level 41
To activate this quest u have to follow the quests chain from Greenwolf-Blueglass-Begonia Hilltop-Golden Fable Harbor. In the Golden Fable castle u will receive quests at Coral Plains. This new chain should leade u to Sailor Loyola quest. I hope it helped cause i registered this page just to answer xD
Actually I wanted to make sure it was true, turns out you only have to do the quests in Golden Fable Harbor that you get from the rich people to get this quest. You're welcome
