End NPC: Memorist Nuzan Quest text: Memorist Nuzan: The message on this parchment is written in some kind of code, and we're having difficulty deciphering it. Memorist Nuzan: According to Limion, we'll need the Seal of the Wind Queen to reveal the parchment's hidden message. Memorist Limion: Correct. I belive the symbols on the Seal are the key. But it's not going to be easy to get. Memorist Limion: You'll need to weaken a Wind Elemental, and then use this conch to extract its Swirling Wind. Once you have enough of the Swirling Winds, we can summon the Wind Queen. Memorist Nuzan: Back so soon! Did you get all the Swirling Winds? Memorist Nuzan: Limion, can you use these to bait the Wind Queen into appearing? Memorist Limion: Yes, I think so. |
