End NPC: General Govannon Quest text: General Govannon: I need your help. And I need your discretion. I can't give you all the details, but I need you to play this Ocean's Roar Drum at the Water Altar in Sunken Bay. General Govannon: The drum will summon a crazed Tide Ruler. It will attack you. You need to defeat it and bring me the Ice-Salt Crystal that makes up its heart. General Govannon: It won't be easy, but you're much stronger than when we last met. Just watch out for the spirits around Sunken Bay; it's an unholy place. General Govannon: Madame Ollinga is a wise woman indeed. Thank you. Several of my best warriors had already failed in this mission. |
