Quest text:
Merchant Recruiter: Now that you have a Scarecrow Garden Design, all you need to do is find a Housing Area to place it in.
Merchant Recruiter: Of course, you'll also need a little money to buy the land. And once you've claimed it, you'll have to pay a weekly tax to whatever kingdom owns the land you're on. But you should be able to easily afford it by trading or adventuring.
Merchant Recruiter: Why don't you go speak to the local Seed and Sapling Merchant, and learn a little bit about the region?
Merchant Recruiter: He helps all sorts of farmers in that area. He can tell you more about it.
Borric: Welcome! Come to place a Scarecrow Garden, have you? This is a very popular farming area. It's got warm breezes and gentle rains; perfect for growing crops.
Borric: You can look around if you like, and see if there's any space for your garden. But if not, don't worry! Housing Areas in each region are marked on your map. If you don't find space here, you can always build somewhere else!
Borric: You don't have to settle right now, either. If you don't intend to do much farming, you won't want to pay taxes on a garden you're not going to use. Either way, go talk to the Merchant Recruiter again next time you're in town, okay?
Merchant Recruiter: Did you end up building your garden? Oh, don't worry, there's no rush. I'm just always excited to see new recruits set up their very first plot of land.
Taylor: Welcome! Come to place a Scarecrow Garden, have you? The farmers of Airain Rock have learned how to make the best of these snowy mountains of ours, raising crops and livestock that flourish in the arctic terrain.
Taylor: You can look around if you like, and see if there's any space for your garden. But if not, don't worry! Housing Areas in each region are marked on your map. If you don't find space here, you can always build somewhere else!
Taylor: You don't have to settle right now, either. If you don't intend to do much farming, you won't want to pay taxes on a garden you're not going to use. Either way, go talk to the Merchant Recruiter again next time you're in town, okay?
