End NPC: Apprentice Rudal Quest text: Archeologist Burnar: Not long ago, a member of the Crimson Watch brought a similar stone to me. Archeologist Burnar: His name was Rudal, I believe. Said he was stationed up in Exeloch, next to some kind of ruined Akasch temple. Maybe he has the answers you're looking for. Apprentice Rudal: The Akasch stone? Apprentice Rudal: Sorry friend. I never did figure out what those are for. There's all sorts of strange stuff like that in the Lost Serpent Ruins. Apprentice Rudal: Hmm... You do seem to have an eye for ancient artifacts, though.
