| Start NPC: Nogan Quest stages: Collect five Expert Checkpoint Flags while floating down the Loka River in a barrel. Complete the objective within the set time, or you will fail the quest. If you fail, talk to Nogan to reaccept the quest.
End NPC: Ehner Quest text: Nogan: You really seem to have a knack for this! Nogan: Are you interested in trying our hardest course? Nogan: This time you'll need to collect the Expert Checkpoint Flags in even less time than before. If you pull it off, you'll be a barrel-riding legend! Ehner: That was amazing! The original Barrel Riders themselves would've been proud to have you. Here, take an extra festival coin for putting the other participants to shame. |
