End NPC: Razorbone Quest text: Razorbone: I have another task for you. We've taken it upon ourselves to protect the local Narayana merchants from the aggressions of Harani bandits. Razorbone: The Narayana originally agreed to pay the Freestorm for this service, but have decided to withhold payment for political reasons. They don't want to damage their relationship with the Harani government. Razorbone: Here. Take this Sleep Stinger. It'll put the Narayana to sleep and allow you to collect our proper payment--in the form of trade goods--without violence.
