Why doesn't he just come talk to us if this is his intent? Why the secrecy? It all seems a bit fishy to me. Yagov: I can't tell you what to do, or what not to do, but if you decide to meet with this Elias, please be careful, alright? The message says to play this Ornate Flute at the Designated Location.
