End NPC: Nui's Shield Member Alana Quest text: Mikaella Ynga: Completing the last quest in this questline will reduce the summoning cost of Mikaella Ynga by 1. For this quest to remain active, Mikaella Ynga needs to be summoned at all times. Player, I came to the Hereafter to look for my father. Mikaella Ynga: I'm sure you've heard many stories about him. He was a genius and even traveled through time, like the God Shatigon himself. Mikaella Ynga: But when he tried to return home from the past, he was killed in an accident. Mikaella Ynga: I never had a chance to tell him how much I love him, so I was hoping to maybe find his soul here. Mikaella Ynga: Will you help me look for him? Mikaella Ynga: Hector, I was hoping that you could tell me, if you saw a dwarf named Mikael Ynga, out on the battlefield. Captain Hector: Mikael Ynga? Poor girl, is that your father? Unfortunately I do not recall seeing any dwarves recently. He might have ready crossed into Nui's arms. Captain Hector: But why don't you swing by Nui's Shield Member Alana. She might be able to help you further. Mikaella Ynga: Alright, I'll talk to her. Thanks, Hector. Nui's Shield Member Alana: Oh, you already talked to Hector? And what did he say? Mikaella Ynga: I did, but both Hector and the Nui's Shield Officer don't recall seeing any dwarves recently. Nui's Shield Member Alana: You help us a great deal, risking your life here in this fight, so it pains me to see you disappointed. Nui's Shield Member Alana: You are looking for the soul of your father, Mikaella? Mikaella Ynga: Yes, he was a genius and even traveled through time, but... he died before I could ever meet him. Nui's Shield Member Alana: I'm sorry to hear about your loss, but unfortunately I don't recall seeing any dwarven soul recently. Nui's Shield Member Alana: With all the fighting going on, I don't often wander around here anymore though. Perhaps Hector might know more. Mikaella Ynga: Alright, I will talk to Hector. Thank you, Alana. Nui's Shield Member Alana: I might be able to help you otherwise though. Come see me before you leave, I'll have it ready by then. Nui's Chosen Officer: A battlefield is no place for small children, you should bring your daughter to safety! Mikaella Ynga: Hey, who are you calling a small child? I can knock out more members of the Crimson Army than 10 of your warriors combined! Nui's Chosen Officer: ... Mikaella Ynga: But that's not what I'm here to discuss. I'm looking for the soul of my father. A genius dwarf. White Arden Ranger: You are looking for your father? I'm so sorry to hear you lost him, but I don't think I've seen any dwaven souls recently. White Arden Ranger: I'm not sure that this is what you want to hear, but perhaps he's already crossed over into the arms of the Goddess Nui. White Arden Ranger: The souls you see wandering on this plane, are only the ones that have not crossed over yet, for one reason or another. White Arden Ranger: It is true that some of the very strong willed souls sometimes manage to remain here. Those that have a specific reason not to cross just yet. Nui's Chosen Officer: That is true, but... I don't recall ever seeing a dwarf staying here for longer than necessary. Nui's Chosen Officer: If he passed only recently though, perhaps I haven't seen him yet and there's a chance to still find him. Mikaella Ynga: No, he passed a long time ago, from what I've heard, so... thanks anyway. |
