| Start NPC: Eltere Quest stages: Move to the location between the Siege Stronghold and Reminiscment Marsh and investigate the symbols on the Banner.Meet with Eltere at the Golden Fable Harbor in Sanddeep.
End NPC: Eltere Quest text: Eltere: Completing the last quest in this questline will reduce the summoning cost of Eltere by 1. For this quest to remain active, Eltere needs to be summoned at all times. Player, did you see that giant hound, when the gate opened? Eltere: I followed it and saw it stop moving between the Siege Stronghold and the Reminiscent Marsh and well... I saw some familiar symbols out there too. Eltere: That hound looks crazy dangerous, so be careful, but I think you might want to go take a look too. Eltere: Hm... Eltere: Sword, eclipse, and the head of a falcon... Eltere: I think that’s it! I’ll tell you more about it once we get back. Eltere: Let’s meet at the Golden Fable Harbor in Sanddeep. I have to alert the others too. Eltere: I'm glad you survived that nasty big hound!
