You can obtain Stolen Ayanad Anima from Stealthy Treasure Hoarder that randomly appears during the war in Diamond Shores.Collect and bring 15 Ayanad Wizard's Token, 8 Stolen Ayanad Anima, 300 Abyssal Crystal, and 200 Starlight Archeum Crystal to Belstrom.

Belstrom: It is as Gatekeeper Priest Marquad said: You will have to strenghten the power of this Nui's Breath in order to get rid of the dark energy engulfing your ring. I’d be glad to help you with that, if you gather all the materials I need.
Belstrom: Find me 15 Ayanad Wizard's Token, 8 Stolen Ayanad Anima, 300 Abyssal Crystal, and 200 Starlight Archeum Crystal. It may take you a while to get it all, but this artifact of yours stores great power. I think it’s worth the trouble.
