End NPC: 0 Quest text: Ardios: I feel rather conflicted if I should call myself by my true name again or keep Ardios. All my fellow watchmen know me as Ardios. Hmmm... perhaps when it's just the two of us, you could call me by my real name? Ardios: Anyway, enough about me. I was actually about to head to a very special place and I can't think of a more worthy person to accompany me on my journey. I know that you are intersted in the history of the Ipnya and the evil forces of the Akasch. Ardios: I'm headed to an area west of the Hiram Mountains, called Mysthrane Gorge. You might have heard the name before, but no one ever visits the place. The grounds are infertile and littered with the ruins of an academy that once stood there. Ardios: That's about the knowledge most scholars have when it comes to Mysthrane, but as an Ipnysh Warden, I happen to know that it was also an important battleground once. Got your attention now? Ardios: I thought you might be interested in this kind of thing, and to be frank with you, I need a partner I can trust to check on some important structures there. I sent a few watchmen over from the Hiram Mountains to setup a makeshift camp for us. Ardios: When you're ready, find a small path in the southwestern part of the Western Hiram Mountains and follow it until you reach the Crimson Watch Camp. I'll be waiting for you there. Ardios: Player, thanks to your help I finally started regaining most of my memories from the time I served as a Warden of the Ipnysh Sanctuary. Prian: Welcome to Mysthrane Gorge, Player, home of Halnaak's Arcane Academy and sacred grounds of protection against the Akasch. Prian: Our fellow Watchmen have done a great job setting up this little spot for us, didn't they? But as with most things that seem boring, they were glad to return to their posts in the Hiram Mountains. |
