You must show him this evidence, so he can pass it on to the rest of the council. Eokad Deltokin: Take these instructions to Guardian Electra, at the entrance to White Arden. She should be able to direct you to Belion. Guardian Electra: I'm sorry, traveler, but White Arden is not a good place for idle woodland strolls.
