End NPC: Anadel Quest text: Anadel: Ryan and I have been working on restoring this area for some time now. Anadel: There's plenty of usable land in the Ridgelands, if we could only get it irrigated. Anadel: Now that potable water is rising to the surface, we need to do everything we can to get this reservoir filled back up. That's why I've been working on a spell to summon rain directly over Hardbleak Island. Anadel: Unfortunately, I'm low on the proper supplies. Could you bring me some Wind Elemental Hearts from the elementals just west of here? Anadel: Great! Just one more ingredient and we'll be ready to cast the spell. |
