| Start NPC: Farmer Gruban Quest stages: Feed a Hungry Dairy Cow to collect Milk. Slaughter a Dairy Cow to collect Beef. Feeding Combined Feed to a Calf will make it grow faster. Feeding Combined Feed to a Hungry Cow will make it thrive, allowing you to gather Milk while it is alive and receive more Beef when it is slaughtered.Return to Farmer Gruban in Anvilton when finished.
End NPC: Farmer Gruban Quest text: Farmer Gruban: The Dairy Cow is probably the most iconic animal on the farm. It's also one of the most useful! Well-fed cows produce Milk, as well as an impressive amount of Beef when they are slaughtered. Farmer Gruban: Give a Calf some Combined Feed, and it'll grow up much faster. Give Combined Feed to a Hungry Dairy Cow and it will thrive, allowing you to gather Milk while it's alive and receive more Beef when it's slaughtered. Farmer Gruban: Remember that you can Milk an animal multiple times by waiting until it is hungry and then feeding it again. You don't have to slaughter it right away. Farmer Gruban: When you've got enough Milk and Beef, bring it to me so I can judge how you did. Farmer Gruban: Many farmers have a hard time deciding to keep their Cows for Milk or slaughter them for Beef. But you seem to have found the perfect balance. Good job! |
