Librarian Tirina: Growing up in Mahadevi, General Akrede was like a brother to me. Can you see if you can do anything to help him? Librarian Tirina: He is a dedicated guard; never leaves the Queen's Palace. If you want to talk to him, you'll find him there. General Akrede: Salutations, adventurer. Player, right? I believe you're the one the librarian was telling me about. |

is this quest in the game yet? as I have done all the prerequisite quests and still cannot pick the quest up.
You need to buy and open this book at the evenbards and to go back to the library.
