| Start NPC: Arto Quest stages: Use the Ingbard Hood to throw grease on Prince Ulthow's men south of Galegarden to make them drop Skyshine Ore. Must be near the weather observatory.
End NPC: Royal Escort Guard Captain Lapina Quest text: Arto, Ingbard Loyalist: Large airships need vast quantities of Skyshine Ore to fly properly. So of course, that's exactly what Prince Ulthow had his men steal. Arto, Ingbard Loyalist: Equip this Ingbard Hood. It will magically fill your pockets with an acidic grease. Throw it at Ulthow's men, and it will eat through their armor and force them to drop any Skyshine Ore they're carrying. Arto, Ingbard Loyalist: It can also be used defensively, to protect our men. But the grease will only be effective near the weather sensor in the field. The sensor uses the humidity in the air to manifest the grease. Arto, Ingbard Loyalist: You can find Ulthow's men in the field south of Galegarden. Take as much Skyshine Ore as you can to Royal Escort Guard Captain Lapina at the Caernord Royal Palace. Royal Escort Guard Captain Lapina: Perfect. Prince Ulthow must be furious to see his pathetic plan crumbling around him. Now, the ore just needs to be processed for use. |
