End NPC: Arto Quest text: Royal Escort Guard Captain Lapina: Since Prince Reander's passing, the king has grown obsessed with returning to Auroria. To win his favor, Prince Ingbard has begun building airships to take our people to their homeland. Royal Escort Guard Captain Lapina: It is a brilliant plan--as are all of Prince Ingbard's plans. However, we have run into a bit of a hiccup. Royal Escort Guard Captain Lapina: Prince Ulthow stole some items critical to the airships' construction. That small, jealous man refuses to let his wiser brother do what is right for the kingdom. Royal Escort Guard Captain Lapina: Fortunately, Prince Ulthow and his men are still in Hasla. Hurry to Galegarden and look for Arto; he'll tell you how you can help. Arto, Ingbard Loyalist: Greetings. I trust you are here to serve the rightful heir, Prince Ingbard.
