Start NPC: Regrade Pirate
Quest stages:
Use a Printing Press to craft a Weapon Regrade Scroll, Armor Regrade Scroll, or Accessory Regrade Scroll.
To find a Printing Press, make sure the Printing Press box is checked under the Infrastructure section on your map.Take the Weapon Regrade Scroll, Armor Regrade Scroll, or Accessory Regrade Scroll to the Regrade Pirate in Stormraw Sound.
End NPC: Regrade Pirate
Quest text:
Regrade Pirate: As you may have figured out by now, Blank Regrade Scrolls are useless. They have to be imbued with the power of a gem to function.
Regrade Pirate: Return to a Printing Press and craft a Weapon Regrade Scroll, Armor Regrade Scroll, or Accessory Regrade Scroll. Let me know when you've finished!
Regrade Pirate: Well done! Now you know all of my secrets! Regrade Scrolls! Use them to upgrade all of your equipment, and maybe people will start calling you a god, too!
