| Start NPC: Wanderer Arde Quest stages: Collect Sirothe's True Blood, Crystallized Shadows, and a Delphinad Transcendent Stone. More Sirothe's True Blood can be obtained from [Arcane] dungeons.
End NPC: Wanderer Arde Quest text: Wanderer Arde: But don’t worry—with the proper materials, it can be recharged. Wanderer Arde: Just like the last time, find 15 Crystallized Shadows and 15 Sirothe's True Bloods, equip the Epherium Earth Ring to consume, then use the Delphinad Magic Crystal that I gave you to craft a Delphinad Transcendent Stone. Wanderer Arde: After that, you just need theCrystallized Shadows and Sirothe's True Blood again to power the stone. Wanderer Arde: Bring everything back to me when you're ready, and I'll combine it into a fresh Dream Ring for you to wear. Good luck, hero! Wanderer Arde: As you wear the ring, the power within it will slowly fade. Wanderer Arde: If so, I will craft a Delphinad Transcendent Stone Liquid to return the Flawless Dream Ring’s power.
